Refund policy

When purchasing products please choose carefully. Under Australian consumer law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind after receiving delivery. 

If you are present at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to sight the product before it has been unloaded. Any issues must be raised at the time of delivery before the delivery driver leaves your property or site. If you are not present at the time of delivery and have not requested to be present, you agree to receive the product 'unsighted'. Any return of products delivered 'unsighted' is to be made at your expense.

In circumstances where you change your mind before any stock fulfilment, production or delivery services occur, you can request a refund of the pre-paid purchase you have made. If stock fulfilment, production or partial delivery has occurred we will refund the difference to the value of the products you have not received minus a 1.8% surcharge to cover credit card transaction, bank transfer and administration fees.

You can request a full refund (without surcharge) or an exchange at no extra cost if the supplied product has a major defect, issue, fault or is vastly and significantly different than described.
